Day 1 – Wednesday
Well starters,
Meeting everyone, then unpacking, getting horses in stalls. We talked about camp, plans, telling about each other. Made cups, got posters of our horses name for stalls, had ice cream. Went to check and take care of horses. Going to sleep now and full day camp tomorrow!
Night, Cierra
Today was probably the most hectic day of camp! Bins everywhere. Buckets spewed. Tack and grooming supplies by the dozens. Finally we got everything sorted out and calmed down. By the end of today we were relaxed and waiting patiently for anything that awaits. I can’t wait for tomorrow but whatever comes my way, I’ll be ready for it.

Hi Moms!!!
So far pony camp is already better than last year. I have only had to be Autumn’s big sister. I really am sad that Meghan couldn’t come, but Reggie and I will think of her often. Unlike the first year of camp, I actually feel like the eldest camper. This is my last pony camp! I’ll have to start adult camp with Dominique instead of pony camp with Autumn. How sad! I’m growing up and don’t want to! But speaking of Dominique, I chose her as my rider admirer this year because of her accident last year, and she is why I ride English anyway! I love my other home, and my other riding instructor! J
Love always, Jessica
Well, I changed Vinny’s name today. I changed it to Mr. Poopy!!! Maybe by the end of pony camp Mr. Poopy will earn his real name back!!! We told a little about ourselves!!! I met a girl, her name is Ada!!! We have a team named the Fox Trotters!!! The people in our team are: Me, Morgan, Taylor and Autumn!!! But the people I am riding with are Taylor and Ada!!!

Today I came to camp. We had ice cream and I’ll be here for 3 nights and 4 days. It’s fun so far. I can’t wait until Thursday – I get to jump! But now I am going to bed sooo, goodnight!!!

Today I made a cup dedicated to my pony. Our team name is the Foxtrotters and we had the first meeting. Night mom. Night dad.

Today was an awesome day! We did so much. We all met a new girl. Everyone from last year’s camp was here but a new girl with a wonderful Morgan horse. Today we made plans for the week. We decided to do the same thing last year. Dressage!! Peyton named her horse Mr. Pooperpants or something like that! My mom is going to help with lunch. I would write more but I got to go! Bye.

After a 10 hour trip from Michigan I am finally here! The girls surprised me when they shouted hello from the dark living room when I walked in the house. I am looking forward to having a fun week with everyone and hope Jodi doesn’t bite me! The girls really liked their glittery stall signs for the barn. I had fun making them. I haven’t done much with horses since 4-H as a kid but I am looking forward to the girls showing me the ropes again!
