Each year, Fox Run Farm students and friends make the annual trek to the Kentucky
Horse Park in Lexington Kentucky for Rolex Kentucky – the only Three Day Event in
America to host a CCI****. The event offers the opportunity to watch the bravest, most
athletic horses and riders in the world contest the most challenging competition in the
country. The trip is hosted by Fox Run Farm owner Elizabeth Englert, who has attended
Rolex every year since the Kentucky Horse Park was first built to host the 1978 World
Three Day Event Championships. Elizabeth and students from Fox Run have been
enjoying the event together for over 20 years and our enthusiasm for the sport and Rolex
is contagious!
The 2007 Fox Run Farm Rolex Tour continues the tradition. This year, Rolex will be held
Thursday, April 26th through Sunday, April 29th and 30 of us will be attending the event.
All ticket deposits have been paid; please remember that the balance of your package fee
is due 4-1-07. You will be receiving your program, itinerary and tickets in April. We will be
staying at the LaQuinta Inn, right the road from the Horse Park. Directions are listed below.
So, whether you enjoy the elegance and finesse of dressage, the courage and bravado
needed to survive the cross-country course, the technicality of stadium jumping or the
wonderful shopping experience the Trade Fair offers, we are going to enjoy it all!
Thank you for being a part of this year's exciting Fox Run Farm Rolex adventure!
